Spanish Obsessed – Persona & Customer Journey Questionnaire

Introduction

You are invited to participate in a research study conducted as part of a Master’s thesis at Universität Hildesheim, Germany. The purpose of this questionnaire is to understand the needs, motivations, behaviors, and experiences of Spanish learners to develop a Customer Journey Map (CJM) for Spanish Obsessed.

There are no right or wrong answers. Please answer based on your personal experience. The questionnaire takes approximately 8–10 minutes to complete.

The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.

If you used an identifying access code to access this survey, please rest assured that this code will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification access codes with survey responses.

Participation is voluntary. The questionnaire is intended to be completed anonymously. Please do not provide names, contact details, or other information that could directly identify you. Your responses will be used exclusively for academic research and may be included in the Master’s thesis in aggregated or anonymized form. Data will be handled confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR (DSGVO). The data will be deleted once the project has been completed. Because the questionnaire is anonymous, it may not be possible to delete an individual response after submission.
