LISA Consortium Demographic Survey

The purpose of this survey is to obtain accurate data on LISA’s demographics, in order to quantitatively measure and identify areas of possible improvement in the diversity and inclusivity of our community. In particular, this survey aims to provide a baseline for the demographics of the LISA Consortium by collecting information anonymously.

The collected data will be stored in a closed document accessible only to DEI Committee members. Data will be shared with an external DEI expert for analysis, and a summary (with no identifiable information) will be reported to the Consortium and shared with the wider scientific community. While all questions are optional, we strongly encourage you to answer as many questions as possible, especially the ones you feel uncomfortable about, as those are the ones that bring us forward in the Consortium by enabling change.

This online questionnaire will take around 5 minutes of your time.
There are 23 questions in this survey.
This survey is anonymous.

The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.

If you used an identifying access code to access this survey, please rest assured that this code will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification access codes with survey responses.
